Εκ μέρους της Ομάδας New European Bauhaus (ΝΕΒ) ανακοινώνεται πρόσκληση για την έναρξη του προγράμματος ανάπτυξης ικανοτήτων του ΝΕΒ, όσον αφορά την ανοικοδόμηση της Ουκρανίας, το οποίο θα λάβει χώρα, στις 16 Μαρτίου στις 16:00 ώρα Αθηνών (15:00 CET).
Το εν λόγω πρόγραμμα, το οποίο ανακοινώθηκε από την Πρόεδρο της Επιτροπής Ursula von der Leyen στο Κίεβο τον Φεβρουάριο θα παράσχει έμπνευση και πρακτική βοήθεια στους δήμους που συμμετέχουν στην ανοικοδόμηση της Ουκρανίας και θα προωθήσει τις αξίες του Νέου Ευρωπαϊκού Bauhaus, ήτοι τη βιωσιμότητα, την αισθητική και τη συμπερίληψη, ως κατευθυντήριες αρχές για την ανοικοδόμηση.
Το πρόγραμμα θα αποτελείται από μια σειρά διαδικτυακών σεμιναρίων, που θα ξεκινήσουν τον Απρίλιο. Όλες οι ενότητες βασίζονται σε μια ενδελεχή αξιολόγηση των αναγκών των ουκρανικών δήμων που πραγματοποιήθηκε το Φθινόπωρο του 2022. Το πρόγραμμα οργανώνεται από και με τους Ουκρανούς εταίρους της ΕΕ, Ro3kvit, ReThink, Covenant of Mayors East και το Συμβούλιο Αρχιτεκτόνων της Ευρώπης.
Επισυνάπτονται συνημμένα, η πρόσκληση, το πρόγραμμα καθώς και πακέτο μέσων κοινωνικής δικτύωσης (στα ουκρανικά και στα αγγλικά).

Dear National Contact Points,
We would like to invite you to the launch of the New European Bauhaus capacity building programme for the reconstruction of Ukraine on the 16 March at 15:00 CET and kindly ask you to disseminate this information further.
This programme that was announced by Commission President Ursula von der Leyen in Kyiv in February will provide both inspiration and practical help for municipalities involved in the reconstruction and rebuilding of Ukraine and promote the values of the New European Bauhaus, sustainability, aesthetics and inclusion, as a guiding principle for the reconstruction. And we know that you have been very interested to support these actions too.
The programme will consist of a series of online webinars, starting in April. All modules are based on a thorough assessment of the needs of Ukrainian municipalities conducted in autumn 2022. The programme is organised by and with our Ukrainian partners Ro3kvit, ReThink, Covenant of Mayors East and the Architects’ Council of Europe.
We would be delighted if you would join the launch event of these webinars that will take place on the 16th March at 15:00 (CET). This high-level event of two hours will set the political framing of the capacity building and give an overview of the upcoming three modules. Please find attached an official invitation from Stephen Quest, the Director-General of the Joint Research Centre, European Commission.
This launch event is open to all stakeholders; so please disseminate the information further to your network/people who might be interested and – important – please register to the event here.
For the launch event, we are very honoured to welcome a long list of high-level speakers and experts including the President of the European Commission, several Commissioners, the Minister for reconstruction of Ukraine, the Mayor of Lyon and experts from the Ukrainian NGOs Ro3kvit and ReThink, among others. Attached, you will find the detailed agenda.
The event will be held both in English and Ukrainian, with simultaneous translations.
