Με πολλή χαρά συνεχίζουμε τη σειρά διαλέξεων του ακαδημαϊκού έτους 2022-23 και υποδεχόμαστε το γραφείο Plan Común
την Τρίτη, 8/11, στις 7μμ, στην αίθουσα 301, Τμήμα Αρχιτεκτόνων Μηχανικών, Πολυτεχνική Σχολή, ΑΠΘ.
Founded in 2012, Plan Común provides strategies to maximize and reinforce public and collective space -understood as a key aspect of architecture, regardless of its scale or program- by means of simple architecture tools, through a critical discourse, research, design and building. We are convinced that radical, basic -even silent- forms are more likely to be relevant and universal, and serve as a support for collective use and imagination. We use a critical and strategic approach towards briefs and commissions, in order to question and transform spatial hierarchy and uses. We intend to work within an ethic of the collective aiming at relevance and usefulness for the many.
Since September 2018, Plan Común is based in Paris, France.
The lecture will be delivered by Felippe de Ferrari (co-founder) and Kim Courrèges (partner) of the practice.
Felippe is an architect, graduate of Universidad Católica de Chile (2010), and co-founder of OnArchitecture and Plan Común. He has given lectures and participated in seminars across the world, among others in the X Sao Paulo Biennial, Mendrisio Academy of Architecture, Harvard Graduate School of Design, Universidad Católica de Chile, Haus der Architektur Graz, Swiss Architecture Museum, Zagreb School of Architecture, Bauhaus-Weimar University, KU Leuven, Architectural Association, TU Wien and Universidad Torcuato di Tella. His articles and interviews have been published in 2G Magazine, AA Files, Architectural Review, Archithese, ARQ, ARCH+, Materia and San Rocco. He has been the co-curator of ‘Forum Basel’ exhibition at Swiss Architecture Museum (2017), co-curator of Conference Program 2020-2022 by Lisbon Architecture Triennale and Centro Cultural de Belém (CCB), and an educator at Universidad Católica de Chile (2014-2018) and at MARQ UC (2020- ).
Kim is an architect. She graduated from Marne-la-Vallée Architecture School (France) in 2010, Maitrise Mathematics and Computer Science, Paris 7 University (2005). She worked with Eric Lapierre (2010-2011) in Paris, Estudio America (2012) in Sao Paulo, Pezo von Ellrichshausen (2012-2013), Roberto Gutierrez (2013-2014) and Elemental (2014-2015) in Chile. She has lectured at the Swiss Architecture Museum, UC Architecture School, REA Summer School in Ghent, Kolektiv Gallery in Belgrade, and Canadian Centre for Architecture to name a few. She has taught at Universidad Mayor (2017-2018) and at Marne la Vallée Architecture School (2018-2021).

To γραφείο Plan Común ιδρύθηκε το 2012 και παρέχει στρατηγικές σχεδιασμού που ενισχύουν το δημόσιο και συλλογικό χώρο. Ο παραπάνω, θεωρείται παράγοντας-κλειδί της αρχιτεκτονικής, ανεξαρτήτα της κλίμακας ή του προγράμματος. Οι προτάσεις τους συνδυάζουν απλά αρχιτεκτονικά εργαλεία με την κριτική, την έρευνα, το σχεδιασμό και την κατασκευή. Πιστεύουμε ότι ριζοσπαστικές, πρωταρχικές – ακόμη και “σιωπηλές” μορφές είναι πιθανόν πιο συναφείς και οικουμενικές, υπηρετώντας και υποβοηθώντας τη συλλογική χρήση και φαντασία. Χρησιμοποιούμε μια κριτική και στρατηγική προσέγγιση όσον αφορά τις περιγραφές των θεμάτων και των έργων που αναλαμβάνουμε, έτσι ώστε να αμφισβητήσουμε και να αναμορφώσουμε χωρικές ιεραρχίες και χρήσεις. Επιθυμούμε να δουλεύουμε με γνώμονα μια ηθική του συλλογικού, με σκοπό το κοινό καλό.
Από τον Σεπτέμβριο του 2018, η έδρα του Plan Común βρίσκεται στο Παρίσι.
