Themis Chatzigiannopoulos is Assistant Professor at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, with teaching experience in courses of architectural, urban and environmental design. Throughout his studies (Diploma in Architecture AUTH, MSc WSA Cardiff University, PhD AUTH) he received distinctions, awards and scholarships from 6 different private foundations and public organizations.
His academic work focuses on the role of the design process throughout all stages of work, from preliminary concept design, to project construction and delivery.
His design work has received 11 awards in local and international competitions, while it has been displayed in 17 prominent architecture exhibitions and has been published over 80 times in architectural journals as well as popular media.
